Great people. Polite and friendly. Amazing work as well! My teeth have never seen a better place. Braces don't work without pain or being sore, but my friends here in ortho associates make it bearable.

Absolutely amazing service. So kind and respectful even though we were late. Weren’t passive aggressive or anything. Very classy and all the workers were so pretty and looked so clean. I adored being there it smelled so good and was so refreshing. Very quick and fast too.

Orthodontic Associates is such a professional yet personal practice! Everyone is always so nice and helpful. They always are willing to answer any questions that I may have pertaining to my 13 year old son and his newly applied braces. Both Dr. O'Neil's are great doctors! I always recommend this Orthodontic practice to anyone that may ask.

My son just got upper braces put on. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the wonderful person who put them on him! She was always checking in with him to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely give her her credit for an amazing job, but I forgot her name. Thank you Orthodontic Associates for a great first impression on my son, with braces. I was worried about how he would handle them, but it turns out I was worried for nothing.

My kids go to Dr. Janowski. He is great, and so is the staff! Everyone is very professional and kind.

Dr. O'neal and his team are the best! We always have positive things to say but Kate really stood out during our last appointment. She was so sweet, caring, and informative. Dr. O'neal truly found his calling and we are blessed to call him my son's Orthodontist!

The orthodontists here are great. They always take the time to explain things to the young patients. First time taking an appointment in Lima.
